Contact us today and we will contact you to chat about what stop smoking products you would like to use. We will also send you a Claire House sponsor form so you can start to tell your family and friends and begin to raise some money.
Set a quit date. We suggest setting a date in the near future which will be best suited to you, perhaps New Year, after an important event or even your birthday. It’s your choice, just let us know when that date is and we will make sure you have all the support you need.
We will post out your voucher for a nicotine replacement product such as patches, gum or inhalators. You will then have it ready for the day you quit. If you choose to go cold turkey that is fine too. Our advisors will call you weekly to make sure you have everything you need to make your quit attempt as comfortable as possible.
