Just give us a call, text or email and let us know what the problem is on any of the above numbers. Better still, check out where we are and come along and see us, our advisors will help to find the best solution.

Can I change my Stop Smoking product?

Of course you can. Just get in touch and either tell us which product you would prefer, or we can can give you some advice and help you decide.

Do I have to pay for my Stop Smoking products?

It depends on whether you are entitled to free prescriptions or not. If you are then the products will be free. If you pay for prescriptions, buying a Prescription Pre-Payment Certificate (PPC) can save a lot of money. A single prescription charge is £7.40 and a PPC costs just £29.10 for three months if you have to pay for four, or more, prescriptions. You can buy online at www.nhsbsa.nhs.uk   or at your local pharmacy. Even if you have to pay for prescriptions, you will notice a big saving.

How do I enter the Prize Draw?

Simply by staying smoke free for at least 4 weeks we will automatically enter you in the draw from our database and if you are a winner you will be contacted by one of our advisors to invite you to one of our 'winners' events.

How are the winners chosen?

The winners are chosen completely at random by people who are not associated with Wirral Community NHS Trust, ASDA or Wirral News.
